Our new location is 8 Market Street (yes...CD Alley's old home).  We are celebrating our Grand Re-Opening on March 13th & 14th with a crazy weekend full of doggie fun!

Saturday, March 13th

Stop by and talk with local rescue groups and meet a few love bugs that you might need to take home!  We will have 2 local artists that will be displaying their art as well as doing sketches on site!  Be sure and bring your dog to check out the new store and enjoy some yummy cake & treats to celebrate!  Enter to win a $50 gift certificate to Dog Gone Crazy!  Bring in a much needed dog/cat food donation and receive a discount on your purchase!  The rescues & artists will be here from 11 - 3.  But the celebration with cake, treats, and raffles will last all day!

Sunday, March 14th

Local photographer Dick Parrott will be here again!  Hurray!  Bring your pups in for a professional photo session!  As always, he sets up a mini photo studio in our store.  Event time: 11 - 4.  Cost is $25 and includes: 6 poses, a printed thumbnail view and CD with copyright release to take home that day!  You can be in the picture with your dog too!  (due to limited space...the maximum is 2 dogs and 2 people).  Proceeds will benefit Pender County Animal Shelter.  We do not take reservations but there will be a sign up sheet that day.  So come early to guarantee your space!  It is sooo much fun and benefits a great cause in our rescue community!

Dog Gone Crazy is located in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington, a half-block from the Cape Fear River.  Our door is always open to those pets who like to pick for themselves! Watch out for our resident bully-at-large, an English Bulldog named Norman, who looks like a cartoon character, acts like a beast, but kisses like a pro!

While you’re there make sure and get your picture taken, to be placed on the whiskers wall of fame – a testament to the growing number of Dog Gone Crazy devotees. So the next time you and your pet are looking for a unique shopping experience, find your way down to 20 Market Street – a place where everyone knows your scent!
